Do you have a pattern in your life that you want to change? What’s stealing your peace of mind? This week we’re taking requests. We have over 200 Alignment Process movie session on everything from not liking your body to beliefs about politics, business and more. If we don’t have a movie that fits what you’re looking for – we’ll find a new one that does.
Our intent with this blog is to provide relief through watching the movies. We usually select films that reflect what’s going on either in our lives or with our clients. We think it would be fun to hear from you so please let us know what’s up.
Clarification On Our Alignment Process Movie Sessions
I’ve been getting some questions about the process and how it works. We want to be clear on how to benefit from these Alignment Process (AP) movie sessions. In each film we energized beliefs that support a pattern change and de-energizes the ones that keep you stuck. Our summary of the film provides the content of the Alignment Process session. If you want to get the energetic benefits here are the steps.
Step 1
If you haven’t done the Intention Session, then do this first and only once. You don’t need to do this session every time you watch one of our AP movies. Sue-Anne has an easy way of explaining why this first step is necessary:
“See the Intention Session has preparing the ground for your new garden of joy. It’s analogous to tilling the soil and preparing it for the new plants and seeds. Then see each subsequent AP movie as planting the seeds. Sometimes an AP movie removes the weeds that get in the way of the flowers. Other times it’s watering and fertilizing the flowers so they continue to bloom”.
Step 2
Rent the movie and watch it in its entirety – even if you’ve seen the film in the past. The movie acts as your own personal modality. Once you watch the film you will experience the benefits.
Step 3
Take time to integrate the AP movie. If you watch too many movies in a short period of time it will stir you up unnecessarily. If you were training for your first marathon, you wouldn’t go out and run 20 miles the first day. It would be too much. Please remember, integration takes time so trust you’re own process.
